My Business Coaching & Leadership Model
My Unique Selling Point is that I have spent many years in leadership and also much experience as a business coach – you will not find this replicated very often.
My coaching philosophy: I believe we will need to work from the first session at developing a trusting and straightforward relationship. I will be supportive, challenging and also developmental.
The emphasis will always be on improving performance –yours and that of your team – and I will not be offering prescriptions but enabling/supporting you to find solutions.
Whilst I have wide experience as an executive and a coach I am not an expert in your job/sector and my role will be to support you to find the way that is best for you given your specific knowledge of the complexities of your role.
This will entail you bringing issues to our meetings – either retrospective or about to happen – we will then engage in a dialogue that will enable you to find a way forward that works for you.
I have certificates in Counselling, Psychology of coaching and also Gestalt coaching.
In addition I am accredited to administer Myers-Briggs type indicator to level two and also the Leadership Development framework.
